Tax, e-invoicing and privacy, per country.

For each country, the country setup covers the tax system, rates, e-invoicing, filings, tax IDs and how long records are kept. We say honestly where each country stands: India is in use today. The UAE, Saudi Arabia and Singapore follow in December 2026, and the UK, the US and Canada in early 2027.

Short answer

Which countries does Kinnow support? India, in use today (GST, IRN e-invoice, e-Way bill, TDS, payroll, DPDP). UAE VAT and WPS, and Saudi Arabia (VAT first, with ZATCA e-invoicing planned after launch), arrive in December 2026, along with Singapore. The UK, the US and Canada follow in early 2027; Malaysia is on the roadmap.

When you span countries

The strictest applicable rule wins, not the local minimum. Extra rules for your sector, such as healthcare or professional services, can raise the bar but never lower it.

Choosing where to start

  • One company in India: start with India. It is in use today, with GST, e-invoicing, TDS and payroll.
  • India head office with a UAE or Singapore subsidiary: start in India and add the second country when its date arrives. The strictest applicable rule wins.
  • Based in the UAE or Saudi Arabia: plan for December 2026. Tell us your e-invoicing deadline so we can say plainly whether Kinnow fits it.
  • UK or US: plan for early 2027, and keep your current payroll provider meanwhile.
  • In every country a person files the return with the authority. Kinnow keeps the books and the dates, and completes the return-file groundwork before launch.

Questions

Which countries does Kinnow support?

India is in use today. The UAE, Saudi Arabia and Singapore from December 2026. The UK, the US and Canada from early 2027. Malaysia is planned.

Does Kinnow file returns with the tax authority?

No, in any country. A person reviews, submits and pays; the return-file groundwork for each country is completed before launch. Nothing is filed, paid or posted without a person.

Is e-invoicing available in every country?

India builds the IRN request, with portal links on test connections until your credentials are connected. UAE and Saudi e-invoicing and Singapore InvoiceNow are planned. The UK and the US have no clearance e-invoice.

Can one account span several countries?

Yes. When you span countries, the strictest applicable rule wins, not the local minimum.

Why is payroll missing for some countries?

Payroll is statutory and country-specific. It is built for India, and the UAE salary file arrives in December 2026. Saudi payroll is not built, and the US payroll stays with your provider.

Who confirms the rates and dates?

Your adviser. Dates, rates and limits change, so Kinnow shows working defaults and your adviser confirms the notified ones.
