Field visit notes that catch promises
Field staff log visits from the field; Kinnow spots promises in the notes and turns them into tracked agreements.
LiveWhat does Visit do? Promises made at a customer's site stop getting lost between the visit and the system.
How it works
Notes, photos, who you met and an optional location save from the phone browser, without duplicates. Kinnow reads English and Hindi notes for sentences that sound like promises and quotes them. One tap marks a promise as agreed and records it on the customer or order. Visits can stay private.
Visits save on the phone first, so even with two tabs open or a dropped connection, exactly one visit is recorded.
- The legal check runs before the consent prompt, using each place's rule on whether one party or every party must agree to a recording.
- A visit is recorded once; saving the same visit twice never creates a second record.
Step by step
- The rep finishes a customer visit. On the phone browser, the rep opens Log a visit.
- The rep adds what happened. Type it; voice notes are rolling out. Add who they met (up to ten names), up to ten photos, and, only if the rep taps it, where they were.
- It saves, whatever else is happening. A visit is never refused for a missing page. If the rep has not said where it belongs, it is kept as "Only you" and listed under Needs a place.
- Later, the rep puts it on a record. An order, invoice or company. The screen warns that everyone who can open that record will read the note, and that it cannot be made private again.
- Kinnow marks sentences that look like promises. It quotes the rep's own words and labels them "Looks like a promise" or "Money moves".
- The rep taps "Mark as agreed" or "Not a promise". Agreed records the promise on the order or company with the rep's name and cannot be taken back. Not a promise hides the suggestion.
What you see on screen
- Log a visit. Fields for who you saw and what happened, a Speak button for voice notes (rolling out), a "Who you met" list, Photo, and "Where I am".
- Recent visits. Who, what happened, state and when captured, with filters for All and Unread.
- Needs a place. Visits only you can see, each with a "Put it on..." button.
- Waiting to send. A note or photo that could not be sent yet, with Send now and a "Waiting for signal" line.
- Looks like a promise. The quoted words, an optional "Money moves" tag, and the buttons "Mark as agreed" and "Not a promise".
What Kinnow spots in a note
These are plain rules, with no AI. They quote only words the rep wrote, so a promise the rep never wrote is never shown.
| It looks for | Example in a note | Label |
|---|---|---|
| "Agreed" or "promised" | He agreed to extend the credit. | Looks like a promise |
| An extension of N days | Extend by 30 days. | Looks like a promise |
| Will send, deliver or pay by a day | Will send numbers by Wednesday. | Looks like a promise |
| An amount with pay, release or hold | Will release ₹2 lakh on delivery. | Money moves |
| Hindi wording for the same | The Hindi forms, such as "सहमत", "वादा किया" or "भेजेंगे". | Looks like a promise |
Who uses it
| Who | When | What they do |
|---|---|---|
| Field rep or sales executive | After each visit | Logs the visit and settles the promises. |
| Sales manager | Weekly | Reads visits on the customer record and checks what was agreed. |
| Accounts team | Before a credit decision | Sees agreed extensions and payment promises on the record. |
See a visit note become a recorded promise. We can run a sample visit in English or Hindi.

Questions
What is Visit in Kinnow?
Field staff log visits from the field; Kinnow spots promises in the notes and turns them into tracked agreements.
What changes for the business?
Promises made at a customer's site stop getting lost between the visit and the system.
Is it available today?
Yes, it is live.
Can a visit stay private?
Yes. Until the rep puts it on an order, invoice or company, only the rep can see it. Putting it on a record is a one-way step, because everyone who can open that record will then be able to read it.
What if the rep has no signal at the customer's site?
The note is kept on the phone and sent when the signal returns, as long as the browser can keep it. The screen shows "Waiting for signal" for anything not yet sent, and says plainly if a note could not be kept.
