A day with this agent
A trading firm in Pune. Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and email, and the sales executive retypes each one into a quotation.
- An enquiry arrives. For example: "Quote Acme for 50 reams of A4 paper, delivery next week."
- The executive pastes it in. In Sell, on the AI draft quotation screen, the customer's email, WhatsApp message or notes go into one box.
- Kinnow reads out the parts. Customer, items, quantities, units, any discount asked for, delivery terms and special terms. It matches the customer and items to your masters.
- Weak matches are not forced. A customer is taken as matched only when Kinnow is at least 80% sure. An item that is not in your item master is never added as a line.
- The executive reviews the draft. The screen says "Review the extracted data before creating the quotation". Prices are suggested from your rate cards.
- Accept or start over. Accepting opens the normal quotation form, pre-filled. Nothing exists as a quotation until the executive saves it.

What a person decides
Nothing is filed, paid or posted without a person. Nothing reaches a customer from this agent.
- The draft. The sales executive checks every line, price and discount before saving.
- Sending. A person sends the quotation. The agent does not.
- Purchase orders. A draft sales order read from a customer's file is advice. The executive opens it, checks it against the file, then creates the order or dismisses it.
- What it never does. It does not invent a customer or an item, guess a field a purchase order does not state, or create a record by itself.

Does Quote Writer act on its own?
No. It drafts the quotation or sales order and shows what it based it on. A person approves it before anything is sent or posted.
What if my customer is not in the system yet?
Kinnow does not force a weak match. The customer stays blank for the executive to pick or create.
Can it read a scanned purchase order?
It works from the words in the file. If the words cannot be read, the file is refused rather than guessed at. Scanned files depend on text reading being set up for your account.
Does Quote Writer get better with use?
Kinnow records each approval, correction and rejection against the confidence the agent stated, so you can see whether "sure" really means sure on your own quotations. That is a measurement for you to read. The agent does not rewrite its own behaviour from it.
