An agent pack
You pay for the agents' work. Essential, Optimal or Complete packs give you credits that refresh monthly; up to 20% of unused credits carry into the next month. Top-up credits last 12 months.
Setup
A one-time setup sized to your business, delivered by Kinnow or a certified partner. We start with the two or three problems that cost you most.

Is there a licence fee for the software?
No. There is no licence fee for Kinnow or any of its applications, now or at renewal, and no per-user fee. You pay Kinnow Cloud, a flat fee set by the size of your business, and for the agent work you use, as one fixed price in writing.
How is the price set?
By your size, your industry and how much work you hand to the agents. A Kinnow partner shapes it with you and puts it in writing. It is never per user, application, transaction or gigabyte.
Is Kinnow cheaper than other ERPs?
For most businesses, yes, because nothing is charged per user. Tell us what you pay today and your partner will show you the difference on your own numbers.
Do you charge per user?
Never. Add your whole team; the price doesn't move.
How do AI credits work?
Agents and Ask Kinnow draw on the credits in your agent pack. Pack credits refresh every month, and up to 20% of what you do not use carries into the next month. If you need more, top-up credits last 12 months. There are no seats. Search is free, and Ask states its cost before it runs.
What happens when credits run out?
The ERP keeps working fully by hand. Agents wait for credits: you can top up at any time, and you get alerts well before any limit.
