Fix equipment before it fails

Short answer

What does Asset Health Predictive agent + advisory work orders do? Fix equipment before it fails without handing machines to AI, and keep a record of why each job was raised.

How it works

Kinnow collects warnings from your building-management and sensor systems, gives more weight to the serious ones to produce a health score, and drafts a work order with the evidence. A person approves and can edit it; only approval creates the job. Kinnow never sends commands to equipment.

The detail that makes it real

Kinnow has no way to control equipment at all; this feature only reads, by design, and tests confirm it.

Step by step: from a sensor warning to a work order

  1. A warning reaches Kinnow. Your building-management, sensor or vehicle-monitoring system sends a warning for an asset: which metric, the value seen, the limit and a severity of information, warning or critical. It can also be logged by hand on the Predictive anomalies screen. We set up any automatic feed with you.
  2. Kinnow scores the asset. Each open warning takes points off a score out of 100: 30 for a critical one, 10 for a warning, 2 for information. An asset with any critical warning is flagged as a predicted failure.
  3. A draft work order is written. For warning and critical cases, Kinnow drafts a work order with a title, a priority, a reason and the evidence it looked at. It also shows how confident the draft is.
  4. The facility manager reviews the draft. The draft waits in the Advisory queue. The manager can change the title, priority or reason before approving, so a nearly right draft does not have to be rejected and typed again.
  5. Approval creates the job. Only when the manager approves does a work order appear in the work-order register for that asset. Your organisation can also require an extra permission for approving or rejecting.
  6. Rejection needs a reason. If the manager rejects a draft, they must say why, for example that next week's service already covers it.

What you see on screen

WhereWhat you see
Advisory queueDrafts waiting for you, with the title, why, priority, a confidence percentage and "What it looked at". A draft with no evidence is labelled as a prompt to look, not a finding
Approve window"Turn this into a work order": change anything, then "Create the work order" for the named asset
Reject windowA required reason, then "Draft rejected"
Predictive anomaliesA list with asset, source, metric, observed value, threshold, severity and whether a work order is suggested. A "Record anomaly" button lets you log one by hand
Work ordersThe register where the approved job appears

The queue says plainly: "Nothing becomes work until you say so."

Who uses it

  • Facility or plant maintenance manager: reviews the queue each morning and decides what becomes a job.
  • Technicians: work from the approved job in the work-order register.
  • Plant or operations head: reads the reasons later to see why a job was raised.

Questions

What is Asset Health Predictive agent + advisory work orders in Kinnow?

Sensor warnings become an equipment health score and a draft work order a supervisor approves.

What changes for the business?

Fix equipment before it fails without handing machines to AI, and keep a record of why each job was raised.

Is it available today?

It is live in part: the core is built and parts are completing with early customers.

Can Kinnow switch off or adjust a machine?

No. Kinnow has no route out to equipment. It reads warnings, scores health and drafts a work order. A person approves, and only then does a job exist.

What if I disagree with a draft?

Edit it before approving, or reject it with a reason. Nothing is created from a rejected draft.
