How it works
You choose the kind of form first. Evaluate ranks applicants and shows the answers behind each score, but it cannot reject anyone. Fill reads an attached document and suggests answers with the exact quote. Measure runs anonymous surveys and never quotes a group small enough to point to individuals. Attest puts the evidence beside each line for the person signing. People outside your company need no login.
A suggested answer is thrown out before anyone sees it if its quote does not appear word for word in the source document.
Step by step
Here are the four kinds of form side by side, for a company with 60 staff, a few dozen suppliers and a list of applicants for an internship programme.
- Pick the kind of form first. From the templates you choose Evaluate, Fill, Measure or Attest. The kind is fixed once anybody has answered, so a survey cannot quietly turn into a named list.
- Evaluate: rank applicants. Applicants fill the form. Kinnow scores each reply out of 5 against your criteria and shows the answers it read for each score. It does not shortlist or reject anyone; a person does.
- Fill: collect facts for a record. A supplier is sent a link to supply their GSTIN or bank details. Kinnow reads an attached document and suggests values with the exact quote. A person accepts or changes each one before it goes into the record.
- Measure: ask a group anonymously. A staff pulse survey has no names. Results are shown in groups, and a group of fewer than three people is withheld so nobody can be identified.
- Attest: have someone sign. The person responsible sees the evidence on file beside each line and signs, or overrides, each one. Kinnow shows what evidence exists; it never ticks a line as compliant.
- Send, watch, close. Each form is sent by link. People outside your company need no login. You see replies against invitations, close the form to stop new answers at once, and can change the link to cancel every link already sent.
