A day with Lead Scorer
Take an industrial-supplies distributor with three sales executives. Leads come from trade-fair sheets and walk-ins, and the sales manager wants the team to call the best ones first.
- A lead is created or imported. A sales executive types it in, or a sheet is imported. Kinnow starts scoring as soon as the lead is saved.
- Kinnow reads the lead and your history. It looks at the source, the category and how well it fits the customers you usually win, the stage, the time in that stage and recent activity. It compares the lead with a sample of your own won and lost deals.
- It writes a score and its reasons on the lead. The score is a percentage from 0 to 100, with the reasons behind it and a suggested next step with a due date. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and GSTINs are replaced by tokens before the model sees them.
- The manager sorts the list. The Leads list has a Score column you can sort by. On the pipeline view each card carries a score chip and the next step.
- The executive opens the lead. On the lead's page she sees the percentage, in green from 70%, amber from 40% and grey below, and the reasons. She decides who to call and when.
What it reads and what it hands back
Advice written onto the lead. It never moves the lead.
| What it reads | What it hands back | Where it lands |
|---|---|---|
| Source, category, stage, time in stage and recent activity of the lead | A score from 0 to 100% with the reasons | The Score column and the lead page |
| A sample of your won and lost deals | The comparison behind the reasons | Inside the reasons |
| The same lead details | A suggested next step and a due date | The Next action column and the lead page |
| Names, phone numbers, emails and GSTINs | Held back as tokens while the model reads | Restored to real names in the reasons you see |
See your own open leads ranked, with the reasons for each score.
What a person decides
- Who to call. The score is advice. The sales executive and manager decide the order of calls.
- Stage and owner. Only a person moves a lead through its stages or reassigns it.
- A result that fails. If the model's answer cannot be read as a valid score, nothing is written and the lead shows a dash.
- What it never does. It does not message the lead or change anything except the advice fields on the lead. Nothing is filed, paid or posted without a person.
Ask Kinnow about your leads
Ask Kinnow answers from the records you may see. Questions a sales manager might type:
- "Which leads should my team call first this week?" Lists leads by score with the reason for each.
- "Why is Mehta Traders scored low?" Shows the reasons stored with the score.
- "How many website leads did we get last month, and how many reached quotation?" Gives the counts by stage.
- "Which trade-fair leads have gone quiet for ten days?" Lists them with their last activity.
Ask us to score a sample of your last quarter's leads and compare it with what actually closed.

Questions
What does the Lead Scorer agent do?
Scores each lead from 0 to 100 when it is created or imported, with the reasons and a suggested next step. A person decides who to call.
What does Lead Scorer base its ranking on?
The lead's source, category, stage, time in stage and recent activity, compared with a sample of your own won and lost deals. It ranks the leads; it does not contact them or change their stage.
Does Lead Scorer get better with use?
Your approvals and corrections are kept as feedback, and we check the results with you. The score compares each lead with a sample of your own won and lost deals, so it follows your sales history as that grows.
How is it paid for?
It is part of your agent pack. There are no per-user seats.
Where do I see the score?
In the Score column of the Leads list, as a chip on pipeline cards, and as a percentage on the lead's own page with the reasons and the suggested next step.
Does it change a lead's stage or owner?
No. It writes only a score, its reasons and a suggested next step onto the lead. Moving the lead on stays with a person.
