Reactivation / Winback agent

Finds buyers who have gone quiet, using your ledger, and drafts a message to win them back for a person to send.

Validated with each client
Short answer

What does Reactivation / Winback replace? The work of a sales executive: find customers who have gone quiet and write to them. Finds buyers who have gone quiet, using your ledger, and drafts a message to win them back for a person to send.

Shows why

It shows its reasons and how sure it is on every draft. When it is not very sure, it only brings the item to your notice.

Waits for you

Nothing is filed, paid or posted until a person says so.

Gets reviewed

Every approval and correction is recorded, so you can see how well it does on your own books.

A day with this agent

A distributor with 400 active customers. Some have quietly stopped ordering, and nobody has time to find out who.

  1. Kinnow counts the days since each customer's last order. Orders already sit in Sell, so there is nothing extra to key in.
  2. A sweep picks who to write to. A customer is picked when they have not ordered for 30 days (the starting figure), or their account health is low, or they have an outstanding balance.
  3. Some are left alone on purpose. A customer already contacted three times recently is skipped. Writing too often does more harm than missing a round.
  4. Kinnow drafts a short message for each. It uses what it knows: days since the last order, health and any balance. It proposes email, WhatsApp or SMS.
  5. The drafts wait as one batch. The sales head reads each draft, edits it, and removes any that should not go.
  6. A person approves, and sends only what is approved. Consent checks apply before anything goes out, and nothing is sent on the agent's own authority.

See which of your customers have gone quiet. Ask us to run it on your order history.

What a person decides

Nothing is filed, paid or posted without a person. Nothing reaches a customer until a person approves the batch.

  • Who is picked. The 30-day starting figure and the low-health cut-off are set with you. Ask us to change them.
  • The messages. The sales head approves, edits or drops each draft.
  • Sending. A person sends. Sending through your connected channels is switched on with you, and consent checks apply.
  • What it never does. It does not send on its own, and it does not write to a customer who has just been contacted several times.

Ask Kinnow about this

Questions a sales head would type. Each answer shows its source and cost before it runs.

  • "Which customers have not ordered in the last 60 days?" Shows the customers, their last order and its value.
  • "Which of those also owe us money?" Shows the overlap with outstanding balances.
  • "Which customers ordered every month last year but not this quarter?" Shows the customers and the months they missed.

Bring last year's sales list and see who has gone quiet.

Questions

What does the Reactivation / Winback agent do?

Finds buyers who have gone quiet, using your ledger, and drafts a message to win them back for a person to send.

Does Reactivation / Winback act on its own?

No. It drafts the message to a quiet buyer, and a person reads it and sends it.

How does it decide a customer has gone quiet?

By days since their last order, with 30 days as the starting figure, by low account health, or by an outstanding balance. A customer contacted three times recently is left out.

Will it message someone who has opted out?

Consent checks apply before anything is sent, and a person approves each batch.

Does Reactivation / Winback get better with use?

Kinnow records each approval, correction and rejection against the confidence the agent stated, so you can see whether "sure" really means sure on your own customers. That is a measurement for you to read. The agent does not rewrite its own behaviour from it.

How is it paid for?

It is part of your agent pack, and there is no charge per user.
