Kinnow support access, tightly controlled and logged

Kinnow staff support your account from one separate console, with its own sign-in, where every action is logged.

Live in part
Short answer

What does Operator Console do? Each staff member works within the scopes they are given, every step is logged and can be explained, which helps with security reviews and supplier questionnaires.

How it works

Kinnow staff use the Operator Console to work across customer accounts, for support, revenue totals and adding AI credits. It has its own sign-in, every action is logged, and a customer login can't reach it. Each staff member holds only the scopes they need, such as view-only.

The detail that makes it real

Staff sign in separately from customers, and every action, including adding AI credits, is logged.

Step by step

This is what happens when someone at Kinnow needs to look into a customer account.

  1. Kinnow staff sign in separately. The console has its own sign-in page. A customer login cannot open it.
  2. They work from the console. It shows company accounts, usage, errors, agents and the actions available, and it is where staff do support, look at revenue totals and add AI credits.
  3. Each action has a risk level. Low-risk, reversible actions, such as flagging an account for attention, run without a second check but are logged.
  4. High-risk actions need a second check. Suspending or restoring a company account needs the person to verify again, a second sign-in step.
  5. Every action is recorded. The log keeps what changed before and after, who did it, and how to reverse it.
  6. Access is limited by scope. Each staff member is given only the scopes they need, and a view-only role is available.

Ask us how staff access to your account works, and what is logged, before your vendor review.

What you see on screen

Your own people never open this console, so there is no screen for them. The areas Kinnow staff see are:

AreaWhat it is for
CompaniesAccount status, flags, suspend and restore.
Usage and creditsHow much AI work a company has used, and adding credits through a logged action.
Agents and errorsAgent activity, and where things failed.
ActionsThe list of things staff can do, with their risk level, whether they can be reversed, and whether they need the second check.

Who uses it

  • Kinnow support and operations staff: the only people who use it.
  • Your security or procurement team: reads this page and the access log description during vendor review.
  • Your auditors: can ask how supplier access to your data is controlled and logged.

Bring your security questionnaire and we will go through the access questions with you.
