Proposals and board packs from your data

Draft board decks, proposals and tender responses from your records, on-brand, then finish in PowerPoint or Word.

Live in part
Short answer

What does Compose do? Monthly board packs, proposals and bill cover letters start from real numbers, not copy-paste.

How it works

Kinnow drafts documents, slides, spreadsheets and marketing material from your stored documents and records, checks them against your brand rules, and lets you export to PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint. Drafts are filed back into your document store. A person owns and publishes the result. A draft uses only what its author is allowed to see.

The detail that makes it real

Deliberately not an editor: it drafts from your data and hands off to the tools people already use to finish.

Step by step

  1. You describe what you need. Type a one-line request, for example "board pack for September". Compose asks up to seven short questions with the answer already filled in, and plays back what it understood.
  2. You choose what it may use. Compose lists your own files, only those you can already open, and the figures from your books. You tick or untick each one. Personal details in the request are never sent to the AI.
  3. You see the outline and the price first. The outline shows the sections, and the cost of writing is shown before anything is spent. Planning works even with no AI, using standard questions and a standard outline.
  4. Compose drafts each section. Figures come from the books and are never typed by the AI. If Compose needs something it does not have, the file shows a "needs your input" gap for you to fill.
  5. You edit and others check. You can rewrite one section, replace a sentence with your own words, or leave out a detail. A file with open gaps stays a draft and cannot be approved. A file for someone outside the company needs two approvers besides its author.
  6. You download it and finish it yourself. The file is saved in Documents (Vault) as a draft. You take it away as PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint. Kinnow does not send it anywhere.

Questions

What is Compose in Kinnow?

Draft board decks, proposals and tender responses from your records, on-brand, then finish in PowerPoint or Word.

What changes for the business?

Monthly board packs, proposals and bill cover letters start from real numbers, not copy-paste.

Is it available today?

It is live in part: the core is built and parts are completing with early customers.

Can the AI make up a number in a board pack?

No. Figures are read from your books at a stated date and the AI is not allowed to type them. If a figure is not available, the file says Not recorded and shows why.

Does Compose learn how I write?

It can learn tone, usual length and the sections you add or drop, never facts. One page lists everything it has learned, you can delete any note, and one switch turns it off.
