Field sales plans and reminders, drafted for reps
Overnight risk checks, quote reminder drafts, routes on request and monthly territory suggestions, all prepared for your sales reps.
Live in partWhat does Sales Autopilot Agents do? Reps start the day with at-risk customers and quote drafts ready, and managers stop losing customers and quotes to silence.
How it works
At 3am Kinnow scores each customer's chance of leaving, using gaps between orders, bounced cheques and fewer visits. It drafts WhatsApp and email reminders 7, 3, 1 and 0 days before a quote expires. When a rep asks for a route, the stops are ordered by overdue payments, at-risk customers and expiring quotes. Once a month it suggests territory changes, and your manager approves them.
When a rep asks for a route, Kinnow looks at up to 50 candidate stops and orders them for the day, and falls back to a simple nearest-stop-next route.
Step by step
Here is a day for a distributor with six field reps, one sales manager and about 300 active customers.
- 03:00, the night check. Kinnow looks at each customer's gap between orders, bounced cheques, fewer rep visits and how much of the credit limit is in use, and gives a churn risk of low, medium, high or critical with reasons. It only writes the rating and the reasons. It sends nothing.
- 07:00, the quote check. For each lead with a quotation due to expire in 7, 3, 1 or 0 days, Kinnow drafts a WhatsApp message and an email, and rates how urgent it is. The draft is stored on the lead.
- The rep reads the drafts and sends them. Nothing is sent for the rep. They edit the wording and send it themselves.
- The rep asks for the day's route. On the Route plan screen they enter the zone, working hours and start time and press Plan route. Kinnow orders up to 50 candidate stops, putting overdue payments first, then customers at risk, then follow-ups due, then quotes expiring within 7 days.
- The rep visits and logs. The plan is a proposal, not a record. The visit is entered when the rep actually makes it.
- On the 1st of the month, 02:00, the territory check. Kinnow looks at workload, revenue potential and distance per zone, and recommends moving a zone, splitting it or reassigning accounts. The sales manager approves or rejects each recommendation; an approved change is then made through the usual screens.

What you see on screen
These are the screens in Sell where the work shows up.
| Where | What you see |
|---|---|
| Customer health: Churn risk tab | Customers ranked worst first with a colour-coded risk of low, medium, high or critical and the reasons. |
| Customer health: Dormant tab | Customers who have gone quiet, days since their last activity and, where there is one, a suggested message to win them back. |
| Lead page | The follow-up draft for a quotation about to expire: urgency, a WhatsApp text, an email subject and body. |
| Route plan | Zone, available hours and start time, then Plan route. A planning run shows its reference, how many candidate stops it looked at and its status while it works in the background. |
| Agent task page | The full output for a territory recommendation, with approve and reject for the manager. |
| Sales agents list | Each agent as a card, where each one is turned on or off. |
Who uses it
| Who | When | What they do with it |
|---|---|---|
| Sales rep | Every morning | Reads the quote drafts and sends them, asks for a route, logs visits. |
| Sales manager | Weekly, and on the 1st | Reviews at-risk customers and approves or rejects territory changes. |
| Owner or sales head | Monthly | Reads the at-risk list against what they know of the accounts. |
