WhatsApp sales chats with AI-drafted replies
WhatsApp chats sit on the lead's record, and Kinnow drafts qualifying replies and suggests meeting times.

How it works
Each lead or customer has a WhatsApp thread with messages, voice notes and documents. Kinnow checks each incoming message for attempts to trick the AI, flags buying intent, drafts a qualifying reply and suggests meeting times. All of it waits for the rep's approval. New enquiries stay out of the sales forecast until a rep accepts them.
Incoming messages are checked for attempts to manipulate the AI; if one is found, nothing is drafted. Live sending is in pilot.
Step by step
- A lead or customer messages your WhatsApp number. Kinnow files the message in a thread on that person's record, so it is not stuck on one rep's phone.
- Kinnow checks the message first. If the text tries to give instructions to the AI, nothing is drafted.
- Otherwise it prepares three things. A qualifying reply, a flag for buying intent, and a few meeting times to propose.
- The rep reads the suggestion. It appears as "Suggested reply", with "Looks qualified" or "Not yet qualified" and "Meeting times proposed".
- The rep edits and sends it. Copy the reply, adjust it and send it. Live sending from Kinnow is being piloted, so the rep does the sending for now.
- A new enquiry waits for a rep to accept it. Until then it stays out of the sales forecast. Messages, voice notes and documents stay on the thread.
What you see on screen
- WhatsApp conversations. A list of threads against the customer they belong to. It reads "No WhatsApp conversations yet" until one arrives.
- Unread. All unread threads for the person signed in, with a mark-as-read action.
- A thread. The messages in order, with voice notes and documents.
- Suggested reply. The drafted reply with "Copy reply", the qualification label and the proposed meeting times.
