A rep's voice note becomes sales notes

Built to turn a rep's voice note after a visit into objections, promises, competitors and next steps. Speech-to-text is rolling out; typing the note works meanwhile.

Live in part
Short answer

What does Voice Intelligence do? Field reps stop typing reports, and managers see what's really happening in every visit.

How it works

A voice note of up to five minutes is attached to the visit. Once the speech-to-text connection is switched on, Kinnow turns it into text; until then the rep types the note. Kinnow then picks out the customer's objections, promises made by each side with due dates, competitor mentions, next steps with owners, and the overall mood. These are saved on the visit and feed the follow-ups.

The detail that makes it real

Promises are split by who made them, rep or customer, and keep any due date mentioned.

Step by step

  1. The rep visits a customer. Afterwards, in the car or at the desk, the rep records a voice note of up to five minutes.
  2. The note becomes text. Speech-to-text, which is rolling out, writes out what was said; until it is connected, the rep types the note. The recording itself is not kept; the text is.
  3. Kinnow checks the text first. If the words try to give instructions to the AI, the extraction is dropped and only the transcript is kept. Names, phone numbers and tax IDs are held back before any AI reads it.
  4. It picks out what matters. Objections the customer raised, promises made by each side with any due date, competitors mentioned, next steps with owners, and the overall mood: positive, neutral, negative or mixed.
  5. It is saved on the visit. The sales manager can read the points without listening to the audio. The promises and next steps feed the follow-ups.
  6. The rep corrects what is wrong. Kinnow suggests; nothing goes to the customer from this step.

What you see on screen

  • Speak. On the visit screen a Speak button starts the recording. It shows "Stop" with the time, then "Voice note ready" with a Remove button.
  • Plain reasons. If it fails, the screen says why: voice notes are not switched on for your company yet, the language is not supported yet, your company's data rules do not allow it, or the recording format is not supported. Typing the note always works.
  • The visit record. The transcript, then the objections, promises (marked rep or customer), competitors, next steps and mood.
