Everything known about a customer, one page

Open any customer and see what was agreed, who knows them, and the conversations about them that you may see.

Live
Short answer

What does What the organisation knows do? Account handovers keep their history. A new owner sees the relationship as far as their access allows, not just the balance.

How it works

One panel on each record shows five things, with exact counts: what was agreed, including in meetings; your email filing rules for that company; how meetings with them usually go; who knows them, inside and outside; and every conversation across chat, email, meetings and visits. Nothing is made up; privacy rules apply throughout.

The detail that makes it real

Counts reflect only what that viewer may see: private chats, personal visit notes and unshared emails never appear in the totals.

Step by step

Here is how a new account owner picks up a customer from a colleague who has moved on.

  1. Open the customer or any record. The panel is titled What the organisation knows, and it sits on invoices, orders and other records.
  2. Read the one-line summary. It reads, for example, "3 agreed, 12 conversations". Those are exact counts, not estimates.
  3. Check what was agreed. Decisions from the conversations you are allowed to see, including a meeting's, with a note if one began as a private conversation.
  4. See your own rules for that company. For instance, "do this for every email that names an order". These are your mail rules only; other people's rules are private to them.
  5. Read how meetings with them usually go. A counted line such as "2 of the last 5 meetings ended with nothing agreed", with the number of meetings it is based on. If there are too few finished meetings, it says so.
  6. Find who knows them. People inside your company who spoke or booked, and outside contacts marked as outside.
  7. Open the conversations. Counts by channel: Talk, Mail, Meet and Visit. Nothing is written for you; every line comes from a real conversation.

Pick a customer with a long history and we will show what a new owner would see.

What changes for the business?

Account handovers keep their history. A new owner sees the relationship as far as their access allows, not just the balance.

Yes, it is live.

Does the panel use AI to write a summary?

No. Nothing is generated. The panel counts and lists real decisions, rules, meetings and conversations, each read through its own privacy check.

Because each person is counted only the conversations they may see. A private chat between two other people, for instance, is not in your total.
