Asset Health Predictive agent
Scores how healthy each asset is from unusual sensor readings and drafts a work order as advice for you to approve. It never controls equipment.
Validated with each clientWhat does Asset Health Predictive replace? The work of a facility or maintenance engineer: reviewing asset readings and predicting failures. Scores how healthy each asset is from unusual sensor readings and drafts a work order as advice for you to approve. It never controls equipment.
Shows why
Every draft comes with its reasons and how sure the agent is. If it is unsure, it only offers a suggestion.
Waits for you
It does not file, pay or post anything until a person says so.
Gets reviewed
Your approvals and corrections are recorded, so you can see how well it does on your books.
A day with Asset Health Predictive
A typical day for a facilities or maintenance engineer who looks after generators, chillers, lifts, pumps or machines.
- Alerts arrive from your equipment. Your building systems, sensors or other monitoring systems send alerts to Kinnow. Each alert has the reading, the limit it crossed and a severity: information, warning or critical.
- The agent adds up the open alerts. Each asset starts at 100. A critical alert takes off 30, a warning takes off 10 and an information alert takes off 2, down to a floor of zero.
- A critical alert flags a likely failure. If an asset has even one critical alert open, the agent marks a failure as likely. Otherwise it only reports the score.
- It drafts an advisory work order. For a flagged asset it writes a draft: "Inspect (asset tag), predicted failure", of the preventive type, urgent if any alert is critical and high otherwise. The draft lists the readings that led to it, up to ten.
- Your engineer reviews the draft. They can edit it before deciding, so a nearly right draft does not have to be retyped. Rejecting it leaves no work order.
- Approval creates the work order. Only approval creates a work order, linked back to the alert. Nothing is sent to any machine.
Example. A chiller with one critical and two warning alerts scores 100 minus 30 minus 20, which is 50, and is flagged as likely to fail.

What it reads and what it hands back
| What it reads | What it hands back | Where it lands |
|---|---|---|
| Open alerts on each asset: reading, limit, severity | Health score from 0 to 100, counts of critical and warning alerts | The agent's card in Maintain |
| Whether any alert is critical | A "failure likely" flag, with a short reason | The agent's card |
| The asset record: tag, location, business unit | A draft advisory work order with up to ten readings as evidence | Advisory queue, waiting for a person |
What a person decides
Nothing is filed, paid or posted without a person. For predicted failures that means:
- Your engineer approves, edits or rejects each draft. Only an approved draft becomes a work order.
- You decide who raises the alerts. The agent reads only the alerts your systems send in. It does not read the machine directly.
- Your team decides the response. Inspect, service, replace or wait. The agent does not choose.
- It never does these things. It never switches off, restarts, adjusts or otherwise controls equipment. Kinnow has no route to send a command to a building or machine system.
Ask Kinnow about this
Ask Kinnow shows its source and cost before it runs, and says so when a question is outside the records it can read. We confirm which of these work on your data in the demo.
| You could ask | The answer shows |
|---|---|
| Which assets have a critical alert open right now? | The assets with the alert, the reading and the limit it crossed. |
| Which advisory work orders are waiting for approval? | The drafts in the queue, each with its asset, priority and evidence. |
| Which assets have had the most warnings this quarter? | Assets ranked by alert count, so you can see where trouble keeps coming back. |
Ask us to run it on one plant's alert history and show you what it would have flagged.

Questions
What does the Asset Health Predictive agent do?
Scores how healthy each asset is from unusual sensor readings and drafts a work order as advice for you to approve. It never controls equipment.
Does Asset Health Predictive act on its own?
No. Asset Health Predictive hands back a health score and a draft work order as advice, with its reasons, and never controls equipment, and a person approves before anything is posted, filed, sent or paid.
Does Asset Health Predictive learn?
Yes. Each time you approve or reject a draft work order, Kinnow records it against how sure the agent said it was, so you can see how it is doing on your books. Your corrections are kept as feedback.
How is it paid for?
It is part of your agent pack, and there is no charge per user.
Does it need sensors on every machine?
It needs alerts. They can come from sensors, a building system or any source that can send a reading, a limit and a severity. Assets with no alerts are simply not assessed.
Can it shut a machine down?
No. It only drafts advice for a person. The product has no path for sending a command to equipment.
