Short answer

What does Statutory NOC replace? The work of a compliance / tax executive: track and renew statutory NOCs and licences. Lists NOCs (no-objection certificates) and inspections that are pending, scheduled or expired, with the days left to each due date. A negative figure means overdue.

Shows why

It shows the reasons behind every item it lists, in words.

Waits for you

Nothing is filed, paid or posted until a person says so.

Gets reviewed

Every approval and correction is recorded, so you can see how well it does on your own books.

A day with this agent

Take a food-processing unit in Pune with a fire NOC, a lift inspection, an FSSAI licence and a pollution consent, each with its own authority and its own renewal date.

  1. Your compliance executive builds the calendar once. Each NOC or inspection is added with its authority, due date and how often it renews, in months. For India the starter list covers fire NOC, lift inspection, FSSAI, pollution consent and building-plan approvals.
  2. At 7 am every day, Kinnow sweeps the calendar. It picks out every NOC that is still pending, scheduled or expired, and works out the days left to each due date. A negative figure means overdue.
  3. It reports in one line. The agent inbox shows a count such as "3 NOCs need action (1 overdue)", or says the calendar is clear.
  4. The executive books the inspection. She marks the NOC as Scheduled. When the certificate arrives she marks it Obtained, and the valid-until date defaults to the due date plus the renewal period unless she types one in.
  5. When a certificate lapses, the cycle restarts. Marking a NOC as Expired sets its renewal due date, so it comes back onto the daily list.
  6. The plant head sees the number. The Maintain home shows "NOCs due (90d)", a count of NOCs whose due date falls in the next 90 days, so the owner sees what is coming before an inspector turns up.

What a person decides

  • What goes on the calendar. The agent only knows the NOCs you or your team have entered. It does not discover obligations on its own.
  • Every action on a NOC. Booking an inspection, marking a certificate obtained, marking it expired and cancelling one are all done by a person.
  • The authority's rules. Kinnow lists the NOC types commonly needed. Your adviser or plant head confirms what applies to your premises.
  • What it never does. It never applies to an authority, pays a fee or files a form. Nothing is filed, paid or posted without a person.

Ask Kinnow about this

Ask in plain English. Before it answers, Kinnow shows where the answer will come from and what it will cost, and it uses only what the person asking is allowed to see.

You could askWhat the answer shows
Which NOCs are due in the next 60 days?NOCs with their authority, due date and days left
Which licences are overdue?Overdue items with the authority that issues each and how long overdue
When does the fire NOC for the Pune plant expire? The valid-until date on that NOC and who is responsible for it
Which NOCs have we not yet scheduled an inspection for?Pending NOCs, nearest due date first

Walk us through your licence list and we will set up the calendar on your premises.

Questions

What does the Statutory NOC agent do?

Lists NOCs (no-objection certificates) and inspections that are pending, scheduled or expired, with the days left to each due date. A negative figure means overdue.

Does Statutory NOC act on its own?

No. It lists what is due and how many days are left, for the NOCs that are pending, scheduled or expired. A person acts on each item, and nothing is filed until a person approves.

Does Statutory NOC learn?

Kinnow keeps every approval and rejection, along with how sure the agent said it was, so you can see how it does on your own books. We do not describe it as changing its own behaviour; corrections are kept so they can be reviewed with you.

How is it paid for?

It does not use an AI model. It is part of your agent pack, and there is no charge per user.

Which NOCs and licences does Statutory NOC cover?

For India the starter list covers fire NOC, lift inspection, FSSAI, pollution consent and building-plan approvals. You add the ones that apply to your premises, and your adviser confirms which are required.

Will it warn me before an obtained certificate expires?

The daily list is built from NOCs that are pending, scheduled or expired. A certificate you have obtained returns to the list when it is marked expired, so keep the valid-until dates current. The NOCs due (90d) figure on the Maintain home counts NOCs whose due date falls in the next 90 days.
