Commitment Tracker agent
Reads your mail and meeting transcripts to pick out who promised what to whom, and by when, for a person to confirm.
Validated with each clientWhat does Commitment Tracker replace? The work of a sales executive: keeping track of who promised what to whom. Reads your mail and meeting transcripts to pick out who promised what to whom, and by when, for a person to confirm.
Shows why
Every draft comes with its reasons and how sure the agent is. If it is unsure, it only offers a suggestion.
Waits for you
It does not file, pay or post anything until a person says so.
Gets reviewed
Your approvals and corrections are recorded, so you can see how well it does on your books.
A day with Commitment Tracker
Picture a services firm where partners promise things by email and in client calls: "we will send the revised proposal by Friday".
- It scans overnight. Each night it reads the email and meeting transcripts that arrived in the last day and are connected to Kinnow. Letters and files uploaded to Documents (Vault) can be read too.
- It screens the text first. Mail and transcripts come from outside, so each text is checked for hidden instructions before it is read.
- It picks out promises. Who promised what, to whom, and by when. "By Friday" and "next week" are worked out from the date of the message. If the date is unclear, the promise is kept without a date.
- It scores each one. Below 0.6, it drops the item as probably polite language. From 0.6 to 0.85 it is shown with a flag for a person to check. At 0.85 or more it is shown directly.
- It lists what is due. The promises sit in a due-soon inbox and on the customer's timeline.
- A person confirms or rejects. Confirm the real promises and reject the rest.
What it reads and what it hands back
| What it reads | What it hands back | Where it lands |
|---|---|---|
| New email and meeting transcripts connected to Kinnow | Promises: who, what, to whom and by when, with a confidence score | A due-soon inbox for the person involved |
| Letters and files uploaded to Vault | The same promises, from documents | The customer's timeline |
| Only what is connected and what you are allowed to see | No message to anyone and no reminder sent | Nothing leaves Kinnow |

What a person decides
Nothing is filed, paid or posted without a person. People decide which promises are real.
- You confirm or reject each promise. The agent suggests; it does not assume.
- You choose whether it runs. It needs the company knowledge setting, which is off until your company turns it on.
- It never contacts anyone. It lists promises. It does not chase the person who made them.
Ask Kinnow about this
Ask Kinnow answers from your own records and shows its source and cost before it runs. What you get back depends on what has been recorded.
| You might ask | What the answer shows |
|---|---|
| What have we promised Sharma Traders and by when? | The promises found for that customer, with the date and the message they came from. |
| Which promises are due this week? | The promises, who made each and the due date. |
| What did we agree in Tuesday's call? | Promises from the meeting transcript, with confidence. |
Ask us to run Commitment Tracker on a month of your client mail.

Questions
What does the Commitment Tracker agent do?
Reads your mail and meeting transcripts to pick out who promised what to whom, and by when, for a person to confirm.
Does Commitment Tracker act on its own?
No. Commitment Tracker hands back the promises it found in your mail and transcripts: who, what and by when, and a person approves before anything is posted, filed, sent or paid.
Does Commitment Tracker learn?
Yes. Each time you approve or reject a promise, Kinnow records it against how sure the agent said it was, so you can see how it is doing on your books. Your corrections are kept as feedback.
How is it paid for?
It is part of your agent pack, and there is no charge per user.
What does Commitment Tracker read?
New email and meeting transcripts connected to Kinnow, and letters or files uploaded to Vault. Nothing else.
Why is it off by default?
It reads mail and meetings, so your company has to turn the company knowledge setting on deliberately.
