Audience / Segment Reasoner agent
Turns a brief written in plain words into a target segment, using only what the person asking is allowed to see.
Validated with each clientWhat does Audience / Segment Reasoner replace? The work of a marketing executive: building target segments. Turns a brief written in plain words into a target segment, using only what the person asking is allowed to see.
Shows why
Every draft comes with its reasons and how sure the agent is. If it is unsure, it only offers a suggestion.
Waits for you
It does not file, pay or post anything until a person says so.
Gets reviewed
Your approvals and corrections are recorded, so you can see how well it does on your books.
A day with Audience / Segment Reasoner
A typical week for a marketing or sales head who wants a precise list for the next campaign without asking an analyst. This agent is described as it will work and is set up and checked with each client.
- You write the brief. For example: "customers with no reorder in 90 days, revenue over 5,00,000, healthy, tagged distributor, with WhatsApp consent".
- The brief becomes criteria. Kinnow turns the phrases it recognises into fields: days since the last order, revenue over the last twelve months, health, outstanding dues, tags and consent on a channel. It sets a field only when the phrase is clear.
- Orders and dues are joined to the contacts. Your contact list is joined with the sales and finance summary for each customer, through the sanctioned summary and not by reading sales or finance tables directly.
- Only what you may see is used. Senior marketing roles see the whole company. Everyone else is limited to their own branch or their own contacts.
- You preview the list. You see the members and the count, and can adjust the criteria. The list is recalculated whenever you ask.
- A person decides what happens next. A list is only a list. Sending goes through a campaign, which has its own consent and brand checks and its own approval.

What it reads and what it hands back
| What it reads | What it hands back | Where it lands |
|---|---|---|
| Your brief in plain words | The criteria it understood, shown for you to check | Audience screen in Reach |
| Contacts, tags and consent records | Members who match and have consent on the channel you named | Member list and count |
| A summary of each customer's orders, dues and health | Members who have not reordered, have dues or sit above a revenue line | Member list |
| Your role and branch | Only the contacts you are allowed to see | The same list |
What a person decides
Nothing is filed, paid or posted without a person. For audiences that means:
- You check the criteria. The list is only as right as the criteria. Read them before you use the list.
- You decide when to recalculate. A saved audience is refreshed when you ask.
- You decide what to send. The agent does not email, message or call anyone. A campaign built on the list passes the consent gate first.
- It never does these things. It does not show you customers outside your branch or role, and it does not message anyone.
Ask Kinnow about this
Ask Kinnow shows its source and cost before it runs, and says so when a question is outside the records it can read. We confirm which of these work on your data in the demo.
| You could ask | The answer shows |
|---|---|
| Which customers have not reordered in 90 days? | The customers with their last order date, which you can save as an audience. |
| Which of those owe us money? | The same list narrowed to customers with dues, with the amounts. |
| How many of them have given WhatsApp consent? | A count of members with consent on that channel, so you know what you can reach. |
Ask us to build the three lists you wish you had, from your own data.

Questions
What does the Audience / Segment Reasoner agent do?
Turns a brief written in plain words into a target segment, using only what the person asking is allowed to see.
Does Audience / Segment Reasoner act on its own?
No. Audience / Segment Reasoner hands back a target segment built from your brief, using only what the person asking may see, and a person approves before anything is posted, filed, sent or paid.
Does Audience / Segment Reasoner learn?
Yes. Each time you approve or reject a segment, Kinnow records it against how sure the agent said it was, so you can see how it is doing on your books. Your corrections are kept as feedback.
How is it paid for?
It is part of your agent pack, and there is no charge per user.
What phrases does it understand today?
No reorder in a number of days, revenue over an amount, healthy or low risk, outstanding or unpaid, a tag, VIP, and email, WhatsApp or SMS consent. We add the phrases your team uses when we set it up.
Will it show me customers I should not see?
No. Senior marketing roles see the company; everyone else is limited to their own branch or contacts, in the list and in the count.

Finds buyers who have gone quiet, using your ledger, and drafts a message to win them back for a person to send.
ReachCampaign Strategist
Designed to draft a campaign brief from your goal and your own data, such as gaps in your sales pipeline, customers who have gone quiet and the time of year.
ReachNurture Orchestrator
Moves each lead through the step-by-step follow-up routines you build, one step at a time, on the waits you set. It only runs routines that a person has switched on.
