Nurture Orchestrator agent
Moves each lead through the step-by-step follow-up routines you build, one step at a time, on the waits you set. It only runs routines that a person has switched on.
Validated with each clientWhat does Nurture Orchestrator replace? The work of a marketing executive: plan the next touch for each lead. Moves each lead through the step-by-step follow-up routines you build, one step at a time, on the waits you set. It only runs routines that a person has switched on.
Shows why
It shows its reasons and how sure it is on every draft. When it is not sure, it only brings the item to your attention.
Waits for you
Nothing is filed, paid or posted until a person approves it.
Gets reviewed
Every approval and correction is recorded, so you can see how it performs on your own books.
A day with the Nurture Orchestrator agent
Think of a training institute or a B2B supplier that gets enquiries from a website form and WhatsApp, and has one marketing executive to follow them up. This is how the follow-up is planned.
- The marketing executive sets up a journey. A journey is a short, step-by-step routine: who enters it (for example "lead captured"), what is sent, how long to wait, and what to do if the person did not open the last message.
- A person switches it on. The journey starts as a draft. It runs only after someone chooses Activate, and Pause or Complete stops it.
- Every hour Kinnow checks for new people. New members of the audience join the journey, and anyone whose next step has come due moves on by one step.
- Kinnow moves each lead on to its next step. A lead moves on when the wait you set has passed, and a branch such as "did not open" decides the route. Only routines that a person has switched on run.
- Every message goes through the consent check. No consent for that channel, no message. A lead who has finished a journey is not put through it again.
- A person reviews how it went. The marketing executive sees who is where in the journey, and which steps were skipped.

What it reads and what it hands back
| What it reads | What it hands back | Where it lands |
|---|---|---|
| The lead's record, what they opened or clicked, and the audience they belong to | The next step and route in the routine you built | The Journeys screen in Reach |
| The consent record for each channel | A yes or no before any message is sent | The Consent & Deliverability gate |
| The journey you built (steps, waits, branches) | Who is enrolled, which step each person is on, which steps were skipped | The journey page |
What a person decides
You approve
- Switching a journey on, pausing it, or completing it
- The wording and steps of every journey
You set
- The audience that enters, the waits between steps, the branches ("did not open")
- The channels you use and the consent rules for them
It never does
- Nothing is filed, paid or posted without a person.
- Send to anyone without recorded consent for that channel
- Run a journey nobody has activated
Ask Kinnow about this
Questions a marketing head might type. Ask Kinnow shows its source and cost before it runs.
- "Which leads are stuck at step two of the welcome journey?" The people and their last step.
- "How many people finished the demo-follow-up journey this month?" A count from the journey records.
- "Which leads did not open the last message?" The people a branch would follow up.
- "Who has no consent for WhatsApp?" Contacts who cannot be messaged on that channel.
Ask us to build one follow-up routine with you, from enquiry to meeting.
Works with
Nurture Orchestrator belongs to the Reach application. Related: the consent check, Reactivation / Winback, Campaign Strategist, and the consent capability.
Consent & Deliverability Gate
Stops any marketing message going out unless the person has given consent for that channel, with the time recorded. If consent is missing, nothing is sent and the reason is recorded.
ReachReactivation / Winback
Finds buyers who have gone quiet, using your ledger, and drafts a message to win them back for a person to send.
ReachCampaign Strategist
Designed to draft a campaign brief from your goal and your own data, such as gaps in your sales pipeline, customers who have gone quiet and the time of year.
ReachAudience / Segment Reasoner
Turns a brief written in plain words into a target segment, using only what the person asking is allowed to see.
Questions
What does the Nurture Orchestrator agent do?
Moves each lead through the step-by-step follow-up routines you build, one step at a time, on the waits you set. It only runs routines that a person has switched on.
Does Nurture Orchestrator send messages on its own?
No. Only routines a person has activated run, and every message passes the consent check first. Sending itself is switched on with you at set-up.
Does Nurture Orchestrator get better with use?
Kinnow measures it rather than assuming it. Each time you approve or reject, the result is recorded against how sure the agent said it was, so you can see on your own books whether its confidence can be trusted. Your corrections are kept as feedback.
How is it paid for?
It is part of your agent pack. There are no per-user seats.
How often does a journey move on?
Kinnow checks every hour for new people to enrol and for steps that have come due.
What if someone has not given consent?
They are not messaged. The consent check applies to every send.
