Customer lists a marketing tool can't build
Describe the customers you want, such as no order in 90 days and a healthy account, and get the list.
Live in partWhat does Audience Reasoner over the ERP join do? Win back and grow customers using sales and finance facts that standalone marketing tools never see.
How it works
Your marketing lists draw on facts from your books: revenue over the last 12 months, days since the last invoice, balance owed, health score and risk flags. Describe the group in plain English and Kinnow fills in the settings it recognises, such as days without an order, a healthy account or a tag; you can also set every setting by hand. Lists stay up to date and only show customers the person asking is allowed to see.
Lists use live revenue, days since the last invoice and amounts owed, which a standalone marketing tool cannot reach.
Step by step
Here is a typical use for a distributor with 400 retail customers who wants to win back the ones who have gone quiet, without chasing anyone who owes money.
- Marketing starts a new audience. In Marketing campaigns (Reach), someone clicks New audience, gives it a name and a short note on what it is for.
- They describe who should be in it. For example: no order in 90 days, healthy account, consented on WhatsApp. Kinnow's audience agent fills in the settings it recognises from a plain-English description, and the rest, such as an outstanding balance of No, are set by hand.
- The person checks the settings. The settings are: minimum revenue in the last twelve months, days since the last invoice, outstanding balance yes or no, health score, risk flags, source, tags and channel consent. When the agent reads plain English, a phrase it does not recognise is left out, so read the settings before saving.
- Kinnow builds the list from sales and finance. Revenue, days since the last invoice, balance owed and health come from your books, not from a file someone exported last month.
- The list stays current. Members are worked out again whenever the list is opened, and the Recompute button refreshes the count. Each person sees only the customers their role allows.
- The list goes into a campaign. Marketing picks the audience when planning a campaign. A message is blocked for a contact who has not consented on that channel.

What you see on screen
Audiences live in Reach, the marketing application.
| Where | What you see |
|---|---|
| Audiences list | One row per audience: code (such as AUD-001), name and member count, with a Recompute button. New audience appears only for people who may write to marketing campaigns. |
| Audience detail: settings | Name, description, sources, tags, channel consented, minimum revenue in the last twelve months, minimum days since the last invoice, has outstanding balance, minimum health score and risk flags. |
| Audience detail: members | The member count and a preview of up to 50 people with name, email or phone, and marketing stage. If there are more than 50, it shows how many in total. |
| Scope notice | A line under the count reminding you that the list shows only contacts your account may see. |
Who uses it
| Who | When | What they do with it |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing executive | When planning a campaign | Builds and saves audiences, then attaches them to campaigns. |
| Sales or branch manager | Before a visit round | Sees only their own branch or their own customers in the list. |
| Finance head | Before a win-back mailing | Checks that customers who owe money are left out, using the outstanding balance setting. |
