A workspace built around what needs you

One list of what needs you, records that open beside your work, and calm when nothing does.

Live in part
Short answer

What does Kinnow Shell (Needs you · chains) do? Less hunting through menus: people start the day on decisions, not dashboards, and switching tasks takes seconds.

How it works

One list gathers agent tasks, jobs, chats, email, meetings and visits, with a single 'Needs you' count. Home opens where you left off, with the question box, decisions you can act on directly and this period's figures. Records open beside the page, and your settings follow you across devices. When nothing needs you, Home says so.

The detail that makes it real

The workspace itself never calls AI or spends credits; the status bar shows 'about N minutes saved' and explains how.

Step by step

  1. Sign in and Home opens where you left off. A "Where you left off" line takes you back to the record or screen you were on.
  2. Read the list under "Needs your attention". It has three bands: Needs you, New, and Waiting on others. It gathers agent drafts, jobs, chats, mail, meetings and visits in one place.
  3. Check what confirming will do. Each item says whether it moves money, posts to a ledger or changes a filed statement, creates or ends an obligation, or does none of these.
  4. Decide from the list. Records open beside the page, so you do not lose your place.
  5. Glance at "This period". Your figures for the period sit on Home with the question box.
  6. Start something from Home. Send a message, ask a question or request a signature.
  7. Watch the status bar. It shows Online or Offline, anything waiting to send, and when you last synced.

Ask us to show the Home screen with your own approvals waiting.
