How it works
Typing first searches your records and screens, which is free. If you want an AI answer, Kinnow shows the cost before you ask. Answers draw only on records and files you're allowed to open. With no evidence, it says so rather than guessing, and each answer cites the records it used.
Each answer uses only what the person asking may see, and every document is screened for sensitive details before the AI reads it.
- An example question: 'the contract says 7-day delivery; what does the average in the books say?' Kinnow reads the contract and the records you can open, and shows what it used.
Step by step
- Start typing in the search box at the top. It is on every screen, and has a keyboard shortcut. As you type, Kinnow finds screens, records, agents and conversations. This part is free.
- Choose "Ask Kinnow about" your words. Below the results, it says "Answers from records and files you can open" and shows the most the answer can cost before you press anything.
- Kinnow reads only what you may open. Documents are screened for sensitive details before an AI reads them.
- The answer shows its sources. Each answer cites the documents and records behind it.
- With no evidence, it declines. It says it could not find the answer rather than guessing.
- Carry on in the same chat. Use "Ask next", start a new chat, search or reopen earlier conversations, copy an answer, or delete a conversation.
