Kinnow learns your business, safely
Assistants and reports adapt to your books: your own known-good answers sit beside every proposed change, and a person approves it before it goes live.
Live in partWhat does Tenant Adaptation Layer do? Changes to how an agent works are proposed, checked against your known-good answers by a person, approved and recorded, so nothing changes quietly.
How it works
Each company keeps its own set of test questions with known-good answers, built from decisions people confirmed and added to as they correct things. Your data owner can propose changes to how an agent works; once approved they go live, while safety settings stay locked. Reports you never use are suggested for hiding, and areas you don't use stop being recalculated.
Any change to a locked safety setting is refused, and the refusal names it; safety settings are always applied last, so nothing overrides them.
Step by step
- You confirm answers that were right. A steward in your company records cases where the agent got it right: the input it saw, the answer that proved correct, and how to compare them. Examples are "this GL categorisation was right" or "this bank match held at close".
- The cases grow as people correct things. Each case is stored on its own, so the set can keep growing. A case can be removed if it no longer reflects a correct answer, and the history is kept.
- Someone proposes a change to an agent. In Agent Studio, a person can propose a different model, a different version of the agent's instructions, or different settings such as a threshold. They can add a reason.
- Safety settings are off limits. A proposal touching a locked setting, such as outside web access, trust level or the prompt-injection filter, is refused by name.
- Someone approves, or rejects. The change stays pending and has no effect on live runs until a person approves it. Approval is recorded. Your case count is shown beside it so you can check the change against known-good answers first.
- Reports that do not fit are suggested for hiding. Kinnow can suggest hiding or setting aside reports that have no data in your business. You apply or ignore each one, and can undo it at any time.

Questions
What is Tenant Adaptation Layer in Kinnow?
Assistants and reports adapt to your books: your own known-good answers sit beside every proposed change, and a person approves it before it goes live.
What changes for the business?
Changes to how an agent works are proposed, checked against your known-good answers by a person, approved and recorded, so nothing changes quietly.
Is it available today?
It is live in part: the core is built and parts are completing with early customers.
Does Kinnow change how an agent works on its own?
No. A person proposes a change and another person approves it before it reaches live runs. Safety settings cannot be changed at all from this screen.
Does my company's data train anyone else's agent?
The benchmark cases and changes are kept per company. Where several companies in the same industry make the same change, Kinnow's own team sees that as a candidate for the standard setup, for a person to review. Nothing is written to the standard setup automatically, and only the pattern is looked at, never your data.
