Meetings booked, prepared and closed properly
Book from the customer record, get an agenda that remembers last time, and finish with what was agreed.
Live in partWhat does Meet do? Meetings stop evaporating: each lands on the customer record with its agenda, notes and outcome.
How it works
Booking offers the first three free slots across your team's calendars and creates the calendar invite. The agenda builds itself, including items not reached last time and invites still unanswered. Meetings still waiting for a reply are ranked by how long they have waited. Only the organiser can close a meeting, and closing needs a reason or an agreed outcome.
Upcoming meetings appear in your daily view, and an unaccepted invite stays in 'Still out' until someone answers.
Step by step
- Book from the record. Start from the customer, order or project, then press Book a meeting. Name the meeting, pick the people, choose how long, and Kinnow offers the first three free slots from your colleagues' calendars. The calendar invite is created first; if the calendar refuses, nothing is booked.
- Review the agenda that builds itself. Kinnow drafts up to five agenda lines from what is on record: items not reached last time, and invites still unanswered. You can move a line up or down, remove it, or leave the agenda blank. Half-finished bookings can be kept under Save for later.
- Invite people inside and outside your company. Outside guests get the invite and agenda by email. They cannot open anything linked in it.
- Watch who has answered. An invite nobody has answered sits in No reply yet. Those where nobody has answered come first, then the longest silence. The Coming up list shows today, tomorrow and later.
- Hold the meeting. Join it from the meeting page. For internal meetings, Google's or Teams' own notes can be brought in when you allow it. For any meeting you can paste the notes yourself.
- Close it properly. Only the organiser finishes a meeting. Mark it as agreed and write what was agreed, or mark it as done and say why nothing was agreed. There is no third way to end it, so a forgotten meeting does not look like a meeting with no outcome.

What you see on screen
These are the screens under Conversations (Zest), then Meet.
| Screen or button | What it shows or does |
|---|---|
| Coming up, Done, No reply yet | Three tabs. Meetings are grouped as Today, Tomorrow and Last week. Each line shows how many said yes, how long there has been no reply, and what was agreed. |
| Book a meeting | Meeting name, When, Who (search people, or add someone outside by email), length in minutes, agenda lines you can move or remove, and the Send invite and Save for later buttons. |
| Meeting page | Your answer (Yes, Maybe, No), Agenda, a Join button, Notes, and the Mark as agreed and Mark as done buttons. |
| Notes | Google's or Teams' own notes where your calendar is connected and allowed, or Add the notes yourself, shown as notes you added rather than the calendar's. |
| Recording | A setting for internal meetings only, ask me about outside meetings, or off. |
| Drafts | Bookings saved for later. Only the organiser sees their own. |

Questions
What is Meet in Kinnow?
Book from the customer record, get an agenda that remembers last time, and finish with what was agreed.
What changes for the business?
Meetings stop evaporating: each lands on the customer record with its agenda, notes and outcome.
Is it available today?
It is live in part: the core is built and parts are completing with early customers.
Can I book a meeting from a customer record?
Yes. Meetings are booked from the record, so the agenda, the notes and the outcome all stay on that record.
What if I do not want an agenda?
Leave the agenda empty, or remove the lines Kinnow suggests. If the agenda cannot be put together, you can still book.
Can I end a meeting without writing anything?
No. You say what was agreed, or you say why nothing was agreed. This is deliberate, so a meeting that was forgotten is not mistaken for one that simply had no outcome.
Does Kinnow record or transcribe my customer calls?
Not for meetings with people outside your company. It keeps the agenda, notes you add and what was agreed. For internal meetings, it can use Google's or Teams' own notes where your calendar is connected and you allow it.
Tell us how your team runs customer meetings and we will show one booked and closed from a record.
