Portals that carry your brand, not ours
Lessees, suppliers and channel partners help themselves in portals branded as your company, with no per-user fees.
Live in partWhat does White-label tenant and partner portals do? Extend your system to partners and lessees without licences, and with no risk of one partner seeing another's deals.
How it works
Each outside group gets its own portal, where people sign in with a code sent by email and stay signed in for seven days (partner and lessee portals) or eight hours (customer and supplier portals) unless access is cancelled. Lessees see leases and invoices, download PDFs and raise complaints. Partners see only their own leads and deals; another partner's deal looks like it doesn't exist. Your logo leads; Kinnow appears small in the footer.
Portal users never count toward your login limits, and tests confirm another partner's records never show up on screen.
Step by step: opening a portal for an outside group
- You decide who gets a portal. Lessees of your property, customers, suppliers and channel partners each get their own portal. For customers, an admin screen sets the display name, web address, primary colour, the sender name on emails and which self-service actions are switched on.
- The person is already in your records. A lessee or partner is an existing party in your customer and supplier records. They do not get a Kinnow login or a seat.
- They sign in with a code. They enter their email address and receive a six-digit code. The sign-in screen already carries your logo and colour before they are in.
- They see only their own records. A lessee sees their own leases and invoices. A partner sees their own leads and deals. Records belonging to someone else look as if they do not exist.
- They act, and you see it. A lessee raises a complaint, which reaches your team as an event in Leases & contracts (Pact). A partner registers a lead, which is credited to them from the first day. Every partner action is recorded.
- You can end a session. A session can be signed out by the person, or revoked for one token or for the whole party.
See your own portal with your own logo. Tell us whether it is for tenants, suppliers or partners.
What you see on screen
| Portal | What the outside person sees |
|---|---|
| Lessee (tenant) | Their leases and invoices, a download of the invoice PDF, and a form to raise a complaint |
| Channel partner | Pipeline (their deals grouped by your own stage names), Leads, a "Register a lead" form with contact, company, phone, email, city, estimated value and notes, and an "Update this deal" form with expected close and next step |
| Customer | Statement and outstanding invoices with ageing, document downloads, repeat of a past order, and raising and tracking invoice disputes |
| Supplier | Purchase orders and receipts for their own supplier code, and bill upload checked against the purchase order |
Your logo and colour lead on every screen. A small "Powered by Kinnow" line appears in the footer.
Who uses it
- Property or facilities manager: invites lessees, and sees their complaints arrive.
- Sales head: invites channel partners and sees leads registered by them.
- Accounts and purchase teams: let customers and suppliers look up statements, purchase orders and bills themselves, instead of answering calls.
- The outside person: checks their own position when it suits them, any time of the month.
